Nokia Mobile VPN Client for S60 3rd Edition Feature Pack 1 extends your network to your mobile devices, so employees can always be connected and productive.

Central management of security policies and updates over the air provide uninterrupted service to mobile workers.

Nokia Mobile VPN Client is an IPsec VPN client that secures the connection to compatible intranet and mobile operator services for access from mobile devices.

It extends VPN use into Nokia mobile devices running S60 3rd Edition Feature Pack 1, such as Nokia E90 Communicator, Nokia N95(8GB), Nokia N82, Nokia E51 etc.

Key features:

-Helps to secure mobile connections for business use and operator services

-Supports multiple authentications: Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) based, Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) and Universal Subscriber Identity Module (USIM)

-Simplified set up requires no specialized management solutions

-Client supports over-the-air provisioning of VPN configuration and updates, adding a layer of security to mobile devices (requires a compatible management solution)

The download file include the VPN client, and also Nokia's Policy tool, which helps you create a .vpn file. Admittedly it is quite complicated! More information and FAQ can be found on Nokia's website.

The complications of making a policy file for the client will put a lot of people off, but I can now finally connect to my job's network wirelessly, so I'm happy

Once you install, the client settings can be found via the Settings menu.

Sounds nice, but what about the real life story?
Does anyone actually got it working on own phone?
There are hundreds questions for help on Nokia forum about this Nokia Mobile VPN and all answers there are like "it should work" or "try to read other description somewhere else". And no one is telling "its work for me". :(
